Was in town for my sister's graduation from UW and I HAD to try Lola. Pros: OMG the donuts were SO good. We ordered two orders first, ate our breakfast, then had to order another order for dessert. Super good! For those familiar with malasadas, they are pretty similar but the donuts at lola are a lot lighter and fluffier. Super yum! If you just go to Lola for the donuts alone, you'll be satisfied. We also tried the egg's benedict. It was probably the best eggs benedict I've had. My mouth was in food heaven. So good! Cons: Parking. But, you deal with this issue anytime you're in the city. Tip: Pay for 3 hours of parking across the street and use the extra time to walk around downtown and to Pike's market. It's only about 2-3 blocks to Pike's market. |
