I have lived in Germany for several years and my wife is German. We recently moved to this area and thought it would be nice to have some traditional German food and drink. When we first arrived we sat down and look at some menus. Nobody came to wait on us for more than 15 min so I had to stand up to call someone over. I ordered a beer with curry wurst, I got the beer quickly and it was good and authentic I waited for my curry wurst and when it showed up I couldn't believe what I saw. I have had a lot of curry wurst in my day and both my wife and I were shocked. They charged my almost $7 for a weisswurst with curry and ketchup. Curry wurst can only be made with bratwurst!!! The mustard was the most horrible I have had, definetly not German. The music was horrible loud hip hop music in a German bar. It was the biggest disappointment I have had in a long time. I don't normally write reviews but this was bad enough I wanted to share it. The one star is only for the good German beer. |
